01Who we are

Trisenix Studio is an independent game and app studio operated by Turan Şahin Topçuoğlu in Muğla, Türkiye. Trisenix Studio is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

For anything relating to privacy — questions, requests, complaints — write to [email protected]. This address is monitored by the developer personally and is our privacy point of contact.

02What this policy covers

This policy applies to the games, applications and websites published by Trisenix Studio — together, the "Services". This includes Lodestar, PulseBall, Kader, Clawtro, the website at trisenix.com, and future Trisenix titles, unless a separate notice is supplied for a particular product.

Which parts of this policy apply to you depends on which Service you use and how you use it. Not every Service collects every category of data described below. The store listing for each app also carries a per-app data disclosure — Google Play's Data safety section and Apple's App Privacy labels — which reflects that specific app.

03Data we collect

Data that stays on your device

Your game progress, settings, unlocked content and similar state are written to local storage on your device. We do not have accounts, we do not run game servers, and this data is not transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes it.

Advertising data

Services that show advertising use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). When an ad is requested, the SDK collects and shares the following with Google for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention:

Where the law requires consent for personalised advertising — for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — we present Google's consent message before any ad is requested, and your choice is respected.

Purchase data

Services with in-app purchases use Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store through Unity's in-app purchasing library. The store handles the transaction. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made and its product identifier, so that we can unlock the content you paid for and restore it later. We never see or store your card number, billing address or any payment credential.

Correspondence

If you email us, we hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to resolve the matter and to keep a record of it.

What we do not collect

• Your name, postal address, phone number or date of birth
• Precise or GPS location
• Contacts, photos, microphone, camera or files
• Health data (with the exception of NutriGuide, which is covered by its own notice)
• Any special category of personal data as defined by the GDPR

04Why we use it

• To run the Service — saving your progress, delivering the content you unlocked, restoring purchases.
• To show advertising — funding free games, and where you have consented, making those ads relevant.
• To keep things working — diagnosing crashes and performance problems.
• To prevent fraud and abuse — detecting invalid traffic and fraudulent purchases.
• To answer you — responding to support requests and privacy requests.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build profiles beyond what the advertising described above involves.

05Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Contract — to deliver the Service you asked for, including purchases.
• Consent — for personalised advertising, collected through Google's consent message and withdrawable at any time.
• Legitimate interests — for non-personalised advertising, security, fraud prevention and diagnostics, balanced against your rights.
• Legal obligation — where we must retain records, for example for tax purposes.

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we process personal data on the corresponding grounds in Articles 5 and 6, including your explicit consent where required.

06Who we share it with

Advertising is served through Google's network, which may include Google's own advertising partners. Because that partner list changes, we do not reproduce it here — the current, live list is available inside the app itself, through the consent and ad settings screen described in the next section.

We share data only with third parties who undertake — through their contracts with us and their own published policies — to protect that data to a standard at least equal to this policy and to the requirements of the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's User Data policy. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

07Your advertising choices

You can change your mind at any time:

• Inside the app. Open Settings → Privacy and ads. Where consent applies in your region, you can reopen the consent form from there, review or withdraw your consent for personalised advertising, and see Google's current list of advertising partners.
• On your device. Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads lets you reset or delete your advertising ID. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking controls app tracking permission.
• By removing ads. Where a Service offers a paid "no ads" option, buying it stops ad requests from that Service.
• By writing to us. Email [email protected] and we will act on your request.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it.

08Retention and deletion

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the app name and, if you have it, the approximate date of purchase or the order number. We will confirm receipt and complete the request within 30 days. If the data sits with Google or Apple rather than with us, we will tell you plainly and point you to the controls that reach it.

For data stored only on your device, uninstalling the app removes it immediately and completely.

09Security

All network traffic between our Services and the third parties listed above is encrypted in transit using TLS. Local game data is stored inside the app's private storage area, which the operating system isolates from other apps. We keep no central database of players, which means there is no player database to breach. Access to the email account that receives privacy requests is protected by two-factor authentication.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If a breach ever occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority within the timeframes the law requires.

10Children

Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent that applies in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Our store listings declare their target audience accordingly.

Where a Service does include children in its declared target audience, we comply with Google Play's Families policy and Apple's Kids Category requirements for that Service: only certified advertising SDKs are used, advertising is non-personalised, and persistent device identifiers such as the advertising ID are not transmitted.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data to us, write to [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

11International transfers

Trisenix Studio operates from Türkiye. The service providers listed in section 6 operate globally and may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards those providers maintain — Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and equivalent mechanisms — as set out in their own privacy policies.

12Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Learn whether we process your personal data, and access it
• Have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict or object to processing, including objecting to personalised advertising
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you — we make no such decisions

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and do not charge for it.

If you are in Türkiye, these rights are those set out in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

14Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the version number and effective date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will give notice inside the affected app before it takes effect. Previous versions are listed below and remain available on request.

03Topladığımız veriler

Cihazınızda kalan veriler

Oyun ilerlemeniz, ayarlarınız, açtığınız içerikler ve benzeri durum bilgisi cihazınızdaki yerel depolamaya yazılır. Hesap sistemimiz yok, oyun sunucusu çalıştırmıyoruz ve bu veriler bize iletilmiyor. Uygulamayı silmeniz bu verileri de siler.

Reklam verileri

Reklam gösteren Hizmetlerde Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) kullanılır. Bir reklam istendiğinde SDK, reklamcılık, analiz ve sahtekârlık önleme amacıyla aşağıdakileri toplar ve Google ile paylaşır:

Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için rıza gerektiren yerlerde — örneğin Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre — herhangi bir reklam istenmeden önce Google'ın rıza mesajını gösteririz ve tercihinize uyarız.

Satın alma verileri

Uygulama içi satın alma bulunan Hizmetlerde, Unity'nin satın alma kitaplığı üzerinden Google Play Faturalandırma veya Apple App Store kullanılır. İşlemi mağaza yürütür. Bize yalnızca satın almanın gerçekleştiği bilgisi ve ürün kimliği ulaşır; bunu ödediğiniz içeriği açmak ve sonradan geri yüklemek için kullanırız. Kart numaranızı, fatura adresinizi veya herhangi bir ödeme bilgisini asla görmez ve saklamayız.

Yazışmalar

Bize e-posta gönderirseniz, mesajınızı ve e-posta adresinizi konuyu çözmek ve kaydını tutmak için gereken süre boyunca saklarız.

Toplamadıklarımız

• Adınız, posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız veya doğum tarihiniz
• Hassas veya GPS konumu
• Rehber, fotoğraflar, mikrofon, kamera veya dosyalarınız
• Sağlık verisi (kendi bildirimi bulunan NutriGuide hariç)
• GDPR'ın özel nitelikli saydığı hiçbir kişisel veri kategorisi

04Neden kullanıyoruz

• Hizmeti çalıştırmak için — ilerlemenizi kaydetmek, açtığınız içeriği sunmak, satın alımları geri yüklemek.
• Reklam göstermek için — ücretsiz oyunları finanse etmek ve rıza verdiyseniz reklamları ilgili kılmak.
• İşleri yolunda tutmak için — çökmeleri ve performans sorunlarını teşhis etmek.
• Sahtekârlığı ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için — geçersiz trafiği ve hileli satın alımları tespit etmek.
• Size yanıt vermek için — destek ve gizlilik taleplerini karşılamak.

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz ve yukarıda anlatılan reklamcılığın gerektirdiğinin ötesinde profil oluşturmak için kullanmıyoruz.

05Hukuki dayanaklar

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında kişisel verileri, Kanun'un 5. ve 6. maddelerindeki şartlara dayanarak işleriz: sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası, meşru menfaat, hukuki yükümlülük ve gerektiği hâllerde açık rızanız.

GDPR'ın uygulandığı hâllerde dayandığımız hukuki sebepler şunlardır:

• Sözleşme — talep ettiğiniz Hizmeti, satın alımlar dâhil, sunmak için.
• Rıza — kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için; Google'ın rıza mesajıyla alınır ve her zaman geri çekilebilir.
• Meşru menfaat — kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam, güvenlik, sahtekârlık önleme ve tanılama için; haklarınızla dengelenerek.
• Hukuki yükümlülük — örneğin vergi mevzuatı gereği kayıt tutmamız gereken hâllerde.

06Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Reklamlar Google'ın ağı üzerinden sunulur; buna Google'ın kendi reklam ortakları dâhil olabilir. Bu ortak listesi değiştiği için burada tekrarlamıyoruz — güncel ve canlı liste uygulamanın içinde, bir sonraki bölümde anlatılan rıza ve reklam ayarları ekranından görülebilir.

Verilerinizi yalnızca, bizimle yaptıkları sözleşmeler ve kendi yayımlanmış politikaları aracılığıyla bu veriyi en az bu politikadaki düzeyde, Apple App Store İnceleme Yönergeleri ve Google Play Kullanıcı Verileri politikasının gerektirdiği şekilde korumayı taahhüt eden üçüncü taraflarla paylaşırız. Bunun dışında kimseyle paylaşmaz ve satmayız.

07Reklam tercihleriniz

Kararınızı istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz:

• Uygulamanın içinden. Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve reklamlar ekranını açın. Bulunduğunuz bölgede rıza gerekiyorsa buradan rıza formunu yeniden açabilir, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam rızanızı gözden geçirip geri çekebilir ve Google'ın güncel reklam ortakları listesini görebilirsiniz.
• Cihazınızdan. Android: Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar bölümünden reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz. iOS: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden izleme iznini yönetebilirsiniz.
• Reklamları kaldırarak. Bir Hizmet ücretli "reklamsız" seçenek sunuyorsa, bunu satın almanız o Hizmetteki reklam isteklerini durdurur.
• Bize yazarak. [email protected] adresine yazın, talebinizi yerine getirelim.

Rızanızı geri çekmeniz, geri çekmeden önceki işlemlerin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.

08Saklama ve silme

Silme talebi nasıl iletilir

[email protected] adresine uygulama adını ve elinizdeyse satın alma tarihini veya sipariş numarasını yazın. Talebinizi aldığımızı teyit eder ve 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız. Veri bizde değil de Google veya Apple tarafındaysa bunu açıkça söyler, o veriye ulaşan kontrollere yönlendiririz.

Yalnızca cihazınızda tutulan veriler için uygulamayı kaldırmanız, veriyi anında ve tamamen siler.

09Güvenlik

Hizmetlerimiz ile yukarıda sayılan üçüncü taraflar arasındaki tüm ağ trafiği aktarım sırasında TLS ile şifrelenir. Yerel oyun verisi, işletim sisteminin diğer uygulamalardan yalıttığı, uygulamaya özel depolama alanında tutulur. Merkezî bir oyuncu veritabanı tutmuyoruz — dolayısıyla sızdırılabilecek bir oyuncu veritabanı da yok. Gizlilik taleplerinin ulaştığı e-posta hesabı iki adımlı doğrulamayla korunur.

Hiçbir aktarım veya saklama yöntemi kusursuz güvenli değildir. Haklarınızı etkilemesi muhtemel bir ihlal yaşanırsa, sizi ve yetkili otoriteyi mevzuatın öngördüğü süreler içinde bilgilendiririz.

10Çocuklar

Hizmetlerimiz 13 yaşın (veya ülkenizde geçerli olan daha yüksek dijital rıza yaşının) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu kullanıcılardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Mağaza sayfalarımızdaki hedef kitle beyanları buna göre yapılmıştır.

Bir Hizmetin beyan edilen hedef kitlesine çocuklar dâhil edildiğinde, o Hizmet için Google Play Aileler politikasına ve Apple'ın Çocuklar kategorisi şartlarına uyarız: yalnızca sertifikalı reklam SDK'ları kullanılır, reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez ve reklam kimliği gibi kalıcı cihaz tanımlayıcıları iletilmez.

Ebeveyn veya vasi iseniz ve bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri verdiğini düşünüyorsanız, [email protected] adresine yazın; gecikmeden sileriz.

11Yurt dışına aktarım

Trisenix Studio Türkiye'den yürütülmektedir. 6. bölümde sayılan hizmet sağlayıcılar küresel olarak çalışır ve verileri Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dâhil olmak üzere ülkenizin dışında işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar, söz konusu sağlayıcıların kendi gizlilik politikalarında belirttiği güvencelere dayanır: Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri, AB–ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi ve eşdeğer mekanizmalar. KVKK bakımından aktarım, Kanun'un 9. maddesindeki şartlara uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir.

12Haklarınız

Bulunduğunuz yere göre şu haklara sahipsiniz:

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenmek ve bunlara erişmek
• Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini, eksik verilerin tamamlanmasını istemek
• Verilerinizin silinmesini istemek
• İşlemeyi kısıtlamak veya işlemeye, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam dâhil, itiraz etmek
• Verilerinizi taşınabilir bir biçimde almak
• Rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri çekmek
• Yalnızca otomatik işlemeye dayanan ve sizi önemli ölçüde etkileyen kararlara tabi olmamak — böyle bir karar vermiyoruz

Türkiye'deyseniz bu haklar 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 11. maddesinde sayılan haklardır; Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz. AEA veya Birleşik Krallık'taysanız yerel denetim makamınıza şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz. Kaliforniya'daysanız bilme, silme, düzeltme ve satış veya paylaşımdan çıkma haklarına sahipsiniz; CCPA'nın tanımladığı anlamda kişisel bilgi satmıyor veya paylaşmıyoruz ve haklarınızı kullandığınız için size farklı davranmayız.

Lodestar

Diğer Trisenix ürünleri 3–8. bölümlerdeki genel açıklama kapsamındadır. Her biri yayımlandıkça kendi satırı buraya eklenir ve mağaza veri beyanı da yanında yayımlanır.

14Politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirdiğimizde sayfanın başındaki sürüm numarasını ve yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz. Bir değişiklik verilerinizi ele alışımızı esaslı biçimde etkiliyorsa, yürürlüğe girmeden önce ilgili uygulamanın içinde bildirim yaparız. Önceki sürümler aşağıda listelenir ve talep üzerine paylaşılır.
